Bed to Benches

One of our clients had two old beds that she wanted to turn into benches.  She stopped by and talked to my husband and they worked out the details.  My husband loves working with old and new wood but I can remember him showing me the beds and saying..." I almost hate to cut into them because they are VERY old".  Well, he did and the outcome was great. 

They both turned out great.  It was just want she wanted.  I almost didn't want to give them back.  I love the old wood and details on the old headboards.  She left them just as is....

We are a small home based business that gives new life to unwanted furniture and build rustic and shabby chic decor. We are a husband and wife team that loves to walk around flea markets, thrift stores and of course home improvement stores. We work out of our shop (a.k.a The Barn) where we normally are covered in saw dust, paint or stain.

We have a daughter that is a senior in high school....oh that makes me sad to type.  Where does the time go?
